Dazzled by Books

The Year of Weddings Novella series is great. I am glad that they were continued for 2015. I was very disappointed in the first novella of the season. The story seemed to be extremely rushed or dragging depending on what part of the story you were in. When Hope was 18 years old she married John but changed her mind right after the vows, so the preacher said that he wouldn't turn in the paperwork. 10 years later Hope finds out that she is legally married to John. I couldn't relate to the characters and they were so underdeveloped. Hopefully we will see more developed characters come out of Kirk's future books.
