Futhermore by Tahereh Mafi is an addicting and fast read. Mafi does a fabulous job. Ferenwood is such a colorful place. There rules are so odd. I love that not only to I get to learn about one town but then we get to learn about the world of Furthermore. Mafi immerses the reader into her story so seamlessly. I really like Alice’s character. She is determined, funky, and fun. Alice has so much energy. This girl wants to be the best that she can. She wants to be loved and appreciated even though she has a lack of color. […]

I was definitely waiting forever to finish this one and finally I am done. Not totally sure what to do with myself. The “Shatter Me” series is complete. Where am I supposed to go from here? I think this series has changed my mind about so many predictions and likes and dislikes since the first book. I don’t think I switched around my shipping teams so much in a series. Usually I choose one and stick to it, but I feel like I got to know Warner and Adam so much in these books that I would be happy with […]

I have to say that I have been anxiously waiting to read “Juliette’s Journal.” When it was announced that we would be able to read it, I was so very excited. Mainly because I so badly wanted to see what she would write about. We had little bits of exposure along the way, but to actually see it and read it was an exciting moment. I don’t know how to explain it. I loved the chance to get further inside Juliette’s mind. About love2dazzle Ali Kiki is a reader, writer, reviewer, blogger, and photographer in Portland, OR. Oh my goodness gracious! Where do I start? I thought I was on Team Adam before but after “Fracture Me,” I am not sure what I want to happen. I was quite disappointed with Adam’s attitude regarding everything. I would have to say that the only time I even liked Adam was when he was caring for his little brother. I was just really disappointed about how Adam reacted to situations. Adam talked about how much he loved Juliette and all of the things that he would do for her, it was disappointing to read about his inner thoughts and […]
