“Sweeter off the Vine” by Yossy Arefi a cook book that is dedicated to fruit desserts. I really like that the recipes are broken up by each season. This gives the baker a chance to look what is available during the time of year they are wanting to make something. I think this makes things extremely helpful.  I don’t know how many times I wanted to make something to find out that I can’t get specific fruits or vegetables because of the year.

The pictures are amazing. It is extremely helpful to have great pictures that go along with the recipes that one is trying to use. This also makes one extremely hungry and wanting to eat everything. For someone who has to follow a recipe when they bake, I found this book to be fantastic. This is definitely my new go to book to create yummy desserts.
