My Teaser: Every day she waited for a beating, for some new horror to be visited on her and Radu, for the real reason they had been brought to Amasya to be revealed. The suspense made her quiet and sullen. Radu, meanwhile, gained back some of the weight he had lost. Lada no longer heard him crying at night. She hated seeing him grow comfortable. It would make whatever lesson was coming for them that much worse. About love2dazzle Hey, I’m Ali. I am an avid reader and have been reading since I was around the age of 3. I […]

Earth’s End by Elise Kova

Earth’s End by Elise Kova

I liked “Air Awakens” and I thought Kova did an even better job with “Fire Falling,” but what happened with “Earth’s End?” I am going to share what I liked and what I didn’t like and then go from there. What I liked: The book started out super strong. “Fire Falling” ended on a cliff hanger, so it was nice that the reader was able to find out information right away. Vhalla’s character growth was great. I think that Vhalla is growing with each book. Her personality is expanding and she is learning new things about herself. Vhalla has grown […]

The White Rose by Amy Ewing

“The White Rose” by Amy Ewing has such a beautiful cover. I love it so much. I actually thought “The White Rose” was a lot better than “The Jewel.” I really enjoyed the story and how the characters were developing even more. Some characters back stories were revealed like Ash. Violet has Raven picked up in her stead. Ash is wrongly accused of raping Violet. Violet and Ash flee. Ash, Violet, and Raven are beginning their journey together by escaping to ‘The White Rose.’ They have a few bumps along the way and some complications. These three end up making […]

3 years ago Solomon Reed stopped leaving his house and has lived a happy existence at home. He has his parents, tv and his holodeck. Outside the house just doesn’t appeal to him, the severe anxiety attacks that come along with being outside just don’t do it for him. Solomon suffers from agoraphobia. Which is basically the fear of experiences and situations. Solomon has severe anxiety attacks when just thinking about going out or meeting new people. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety, I could really relate to Solomon. Often times I have to give myself a pep talk […]

Why am I waiting? I think this book sounds the most interesting out of all the books I’ve seen coming out for 2016. I love the cover and I am very intrigued by the synopsis. My Teaser: But I could hardly march back in the direction of the Cirque now-I didn’t want to leave this unfinished with Dez. maybe the two of them had a cute tent they pitched back here or something. That wouldn’t be so bad, even if it meant the lack of a real roof overhead. About love2dazzle Hey, I’m Ali. I am an avid reader and have been reading since I was around the age of 3. Unplugged Tour: Review

Unplugged Tour: Review

“Unplugged” by Donna Freitas starts out really slow but I love it. This world is so great. I really got interested in how Freitas set up the universe that these characters live in. Freitas has made such a unique world. These characters live in a virtual reality. These kids and teenagers are promised that they can visit the real world once they turn seventeen.     Skylar Cruz has been waiting to unplug for what feels like forever. It is the only chance that she is able to see her real mom and sister again. Then an announcement is made […]

Relentless by Tera Lynn Childs

Relentless by Tera Lynn Childs

“Relentless” by Tera Lynn Childs and Tracy Deebs was way better than the first “Hero Agenda” novel. “Relentless” is much more action packed than “Powerless.” This book could be straight out of a super hero comic. The teenagers have powers and they go up against a bad guy. It all fits perfectly. Kenna really becomes her own person in this book. I thought it was great that she embraced what she has to offer the world. I love when I am able to see a character grow and I feel like Kenna was able to grow a lot in this […]
